Return Process
You can make a return within 100 days of purchase. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 100 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 100 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
Shipping is free on your first return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide.
After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 100 days of the purchase date.
Any returned Garden Bed must be uninstalled. Items returned to us in non-salable condition will not be accepted. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. A non-salable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package, and will be issued to your Anleolife or the original payment account.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.Â
Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. After that, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless we are in error, we do not refund the fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) of their order upon receipt to ensure any issues can be resolved within the 100 day window.Â
